Y-US? is an online print-on-demand clothing store operating under the domain y-us.eu, based in the Basque Country, Spain. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
All products sold on y-us.eu are made to order. Designs are created in-house and printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. We do not hold physical inventory. Product images are representative; exact colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and printing processes.
By placing an order you confirm that:
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fulfilment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Y-US? does not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
Orders are sent to our production partner (Printful) immediately after payment confirmation. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, after which the order is handed to a carrier. Delivery times vary by destination. A tracking email is sent to you once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@y-us.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@y-us.eu within 30 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not accept cancellations after an order has entered production (typically within a few hours of payment confirmation), as the item is being manufactured specifically for you.
All designs, graphics, brand assets, and content on y-us.eu are the property of Y-US? and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Guest checkout is available and does not require an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Y-US? is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Basque Country, Spain. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
